Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You'll receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery takes 7–15 business days, depending on your region. Estimates begin the day your order leaves our fulfilment centre.

Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number, sent by e-mail once the package ships. Allow up to 5 business days for tracking information to become active.

Customs & Delays

International shipments may occasionally be delayed by customs inspections, which are outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, or your order is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, e-mail contact@marlovashop.com and we'll make it right — including reshipping or refunding where appropriate.
